Cool ocean track
Complete the championship mode on the normal difficulty to unlock the Cool Ocean
track.
Aqua maze track
To unlock the Aqua Maze track, complete the championship mode on the hard
difficulty.
Victory gate track
Complete the championship mode on expert difficulty to unlock the Victory Gate
track.
Try mode
Enter the training mode and complete all the training objectives on the beginner
and master settings to unlock a "try!" option under the training mode.
The try! mode is a stunt variation of Dolphin Park.
Alternate costumes
While on the character select screen, highlight a character and then press Z to
bring up a screen where you can their costume color and more.
Control loading screen
While a track is loading, use the left analog stick to control the water.
Control title screen
On the title screen when, when "start" appears, use the left analog
stick to move the water.
Weather conditions
Complete the expert championship in first, second, or thrid place respectively
to unlock the weather conditions in the time trial mode on the expert, hard, or
normal difficulties.
Password option
Go into the options menu and then press Start, Z, and X together to unlock a
password option. This option will allow you to enter passwords to compete in
official time attack challenges.

To compete in the Ethnic Lagoon time attack track (Japanese version), enter the
password J784WMHF
